Meet Warren

Warren Tardif was born and raised in Mexico City. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Transportation and Logistics from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Warrens first venture into Real Estate was the purchase and remodeling of a historic Lloyd Wright home in the coveted Chevy Chase Canyon subsection of Glendale.

After a decade working in Film Production Warren pivoted careers to purse his long held passion of working in Real Estate. Warren is licensed as both, a Real Estate Salesperson and a Mortgage Broker. As an Real Estate Agent, he is credited with having the highest price per square footage sale in the entirety of the Los Feliz submarket for 2022. He has additionally successfully brought to market and sold several multifamily properties which allowed him to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the many intricacies of Real Estate investment. He personally owns and operates a small multifamily building, and is always eager to help investors find investment properties with upside potential.

Warren is fluent in Spanish, English and French, and is currently learning Italian. He lives in Los Feliz with his fiancee, and together, they enjoy captaining the Los Feliz Running Club.
