Brockwell has enjoyed a career as a top marketing executive in Los Angeles while her starting her real estate investment practice in 2015. She joined Riley Real Estate in the Fall of 2020 with her book of long term clients. Since then she has flourished in creating millions in legacy and generational wealth for Angelenos. Skilled in supporting small to mid-size landlords as a lease-listing agent and securing wonderful tenants.

As an adept consultant, she is able to guide clients through the perpetually updated maze of regulations for RSO, Housing, Section 8, and LADBS including city, county, and state.
Brockwell consistently returns excellent results as both a listing and buyer’s agent for investor clients wanting to break into real estate or landlords looking enhance their current portfolio of properties.

Strategic analysis with an extensive knowledge of project management, construction practices, and property management gives Brockwell’s clients an edge in negotiations. 
Many times she is able to find issues that the other side missed and could cause a financial burden to the client down the road, such as the transfer of RSO tenant deposits.

In 2023, her real estate consulting includes tenant rental maintenance, the process of updating and documenting new leases with disclosures for RSO tenants, basically all rentals in Los Angeles.
By using the approved California Association of Realtors documentation, Brockwell is able to clean up years of murky tenant paperwork that is outdated and could be an issue for owners.
